Facility Team Member
Inge Performance Lab is looking for a reliable and energetic team member to help support daily operations and create a great experience for our athletes, families, and trainers.
This role is a key part of keeping our facility organized, professional, and ready for action each day.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the front desk
Check in athletes and help manage reservations
Set up and reset cages between sessions
Ensure cages are clean, safe, and ready for use
Assist with facility organization and cleanliness
Stock concessions and basic supplies
Answer questions about memberships, rentals, and bookings
Support trainers and staff as needed
Help maintain a positive, high-energy environment
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Friendly with strong customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help
Organized and able to multitask
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Interest in sports, fitness, or working with athletes is a plus
Position Details
Part-time
Evening and weekend availability preferred
Starting at $15.00/hour
